The link is the key to your apartment, don’t lose it. You can also share it with the rest of the guests, so each one has their own key.
The link will be active from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
When you click on it, a window like this opens. At the top comes the name of the apartment and the dates of your stay
In the central part are the access buttons.
The strip that has a single blue button is access to the portal. Next to the button is the address of the apartment. To open the door you just have to press the button. Sometimes you also have to press the building’s intercom. In that case, what needs to be done will be indicated along with the address information.
The icon to open the apartment is the padlock. Next to it, it indicates the floor and door of the apartment. To open you just have to click on the open lock or slide your finger towards the open lock (depends on the smartphone model)
When you open the door, if you do not have location activated, you will receive a message reminding you that you must be in the location of the apartment before opening the door. Just click to accept.
Once inside, remember NOT to DISCONNECT the router, Wi-Fi and devices that allow the door to be opened. You can also open the apartment without depending on the internet via Bluetooth, to do this download the EVEROU app. More information in this link.
